Hong Kong Resident SmartFun Annual Pass Offer – Terms and Conditions
Each eligible Hong Kong resident can enjoy the exclusive Hong Kong Resident SmartFun Annual Pass offer from 1 June to 31 August 2019.
Guests holding Hong Kong resident identification documents are eligible to enjoy this offer. Guests will have to show their Hong Kong resident identification document upon purchase of SmartFun Annual Pass and entry into the Park for verification.
The offer prices are only applicable to purchase of Adult, Child or Student SmartFun Gold Annual Pass and Adult, Child or Student SmartFun Premium Annual Pass only.
Each Eligible Guest is required to present his/her personal identification mentioned above upon purchase the offer at Ocean Park Ticketing Counter.
No exchange or refund will be made for SmartFun Annual Pass which are purchased or issued.
Admission Tickets specified as non-upgradable on the tickets or in their issue terms and conditions may not be upgraded to SmartFun Annual Pass.
This offer may not be used in conjunction with other discount or promotion.
General Terms and Conditions
A maximum of 10 annual passes can be purchased per transaction per credit card.
A maximum of 4 transactions can be made per credit card per day.
For your protection, Verified by Visa and MasterCard® SecureCodeTM is available if you have registered with your payment card issuing bank for this service.
Free admission is granted to children under 3-year-old and local senior residents, who is 65 years old or above with Hong Kong Identity Card or the "Senior Citizen Card" issued by Social Welfare Department. Holder of Registration Card for people with Disabilities and Hong Kong residents with Hong Kong Identity Card visiting on birthday are FREE to enter Ocean Park.
Children aged 11 or below must be accompanied by a person aged 15 or above.
Around 10 days are required for processing online application. Pass will be valid for one year from the application approval date.
SmartFun annual pass membership immediate activation of upon successful online transaction.
In applying for SmartFun Student Pass, please present a valid Student Identity Card or Student Handbook for verification.
- Collect the pass from 9:30 a.m. onwards on the day of your visit.
- Please bring along a copy of the voucher and your credit card used for the online ticket purchase for verification.
If you opt for receiving the annual passes by mail, they will be delivered to the specified address in one month upon successful payment. Meanwhile, if you plan to visit the Park before receiving the annual passes, the annual pass holders can collect on-day temporary pass at the Ticketing Counter No. 1-4 upon presenting photo identification for verification and admission.
A notification email will be sent to you to acknowledge receipt of your ticket order.

The voucher will be void if altered or defaced.
This offer cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.

For repair, maintenance, inclement weather or other reason, Ocean Park may suspend the operation of any ride or close any attraction at any time without prior notice. It is a condition of sale of the Park’s admission ticket that any request for refund, whether partial or in full, for the tickets purchased by visitors will not be considered by the Park as a result of such ride suspension or closure of attraction.
